STRATEGY
The motivation behind this project was twofold: firstly, to gauge the breadth of the audience's reception for this artistic endeavor, and secondly, to ingeniously bridge the gaps between various musical genres. While traditional concept albums hold their value, today's music landscape leans towards catering to shorter attention spans. For emerging artists, strategically releasing singles and leveraging social media and entertainment platforms to build immersive universes around each track becomes paramount. It's akin to constructing multiple chambers within the same architectural marvel.
To entice listeners into the project's realm, we utilized live performances, animations, and skits distributed across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram as promotional tools. These snippets were intended to serve as a guide, inviting the audience to delve into the unique environments and mindsets encapsulated within the songs. Additionally, the short film was dissected into smaller music videos, offering fans an episodic experience. Ultimately, enthusiasts were invited to partake in the full-length director's cut screening at a popular art center in Minneapolis, MN—an event that allowed them to immerse themselves in the full creative vision.
